Netbook writing

I always loved my netbook because it is the best thing in the world. I can even take it home on the weekdays. I  also enjoy having netbooks because I do math whizz and the most thing I do on it is play games. I  learn so much more and do everything .The good thing about netbooks is doing my work like writing. When you do mistakes you can just delete it. I am glad I will be able to use it next year at Tamaki College. Something I like about it is checking my spelling.

Tamaki college

On Thursday all the year 8 went down to Tamaki College for teach. After teach  the teachers from Tamaki  college showed  us  classes we might attend next year like Music,English,Science and Maths and so more. Everyone was accepted  to enrol there for next year then bell rang we had lunch  they gave us a drink and a sausage. We got put into groups  of three the first we went to English we made our own poem mine was about a dog who lived in the dark forest.Next we went to  science to make hokey pokey we ate it with the ice block stick.We all started to walk back school it was raining and i got wet i had a very good morning when got back to school we had free time on your netbook.

Who: Junior and Sosaia

What: Going for a bushwalk.

Where: In the forest

When: First thing in the morning.

Why: They wanted to exercise

What happened: Someone was watching them...

Early in the morning Junior, Sosaia and I woke up and we would decided to go for a  bush walk.

They would go for a walk beside the bushes, there was someone watching them. It was a monster, his name was the Great Big Brown Alex! He decided to  follow Sosaia. 

Junior said “Look out Sosaia” But Sosaia didn’t listen. Junior could see Sosaia from a long distance and saw the monster jump out to eat him.They got scared because his teeth were very sharp and the monster wanted to chase me because I was his dinner. 

I told Sosaia and Junior to run as fast as they can while I run for my life. I said, "Please don’t hurt me I beg you to not eat me"

So when he saw that I was very scared he said, "Run before I get you for my special treat"
Sosaia grabbed his big knife and killed the monster.

little red riding hood

Once upon a time there lived a girl called little red riding hood she was walking to her grandmother’s house to give her some cake. As she was walking she met a wolf, The wolf said ‘’where are you going little girl?’ Little red riding hood said ‘’i'm going to my grandmother’s house she lives up in the hills and I have to walk up there to give her some cake that my mother made’’ then she walked away.
When she was walking the wolf quickly took the shortcut to little red riding hood grandmother’s house after he reached the house he quickly threw a bomb in the house and waited for little red riding hood to come. When little red riding hood reached the house the wolf was getting hungry and then he remembered that little red riding hood had cake in her basket so he went inside the house. When little red riding hood came in to the house she saw the wolf and then she said what are you doing here? the wolf said that he wanted to stop by and see how her grandmother’s doing. While he was talking he forgot about the bomb and then it exploded and then they all died.
Luckliy Little Red Riding Hood had super hearing and heard the bomb ticking. She quickly jumped out and lived happily ever after.

Sapasui with coco rice

Last Thursday Ms Muliaumasealii and the  year 7  cooked a special meal called spa ui and coco rice. The year 7 got the table ready and set up like  a restaurant. When we got back from technology some went to  watch the year 7 cook with Ms Muliaumasealii.After lunch time we came and  had a family meal.The sapasui was tested it tasted nice and I loved the coco.The oranges were ready to eat. After lunch we came and watched the movie called the laughing Samoans.

Mahe Drydale won a gold medal

Finally Mahe Drysdale trained hard to give his best to win a gold medal
at the 2012 Olympic games he was in the lead all the way to the end he was scared that his biggest opposition would catch up to him. When Mahe  Drysdale crossed the line he put his hand and felt very happy with himself.The crowd went wild at last I felt very proud and happy.

Benjamin Basketball

Last Thursday we went out to the courts and did some basketball skills.We had to dribble the
ball and we learnt the one two stop also the jump stop.I wish we could play it again  it was a amazing  day. Tai said to us to get into  teams we had to listen to the instructions they were to warm up, do overhead throws then we got to have a real game of ball tiggie

Michael Phelps Olympic writing 2012

London is the first city to have ever hosted 3 Olympics game the  first time they hosted the olympic was in 1908 then they hosted them again in 1948 now in 2012 it is the 3rd time that the Olympic will be in london. I am really exciting  about opening ceremony I will get up early  in morning and watch it.The person I am going to follow  Michael Phelps though the olympics games. I wonder if he will win gold again

My favourite  place at school is the playground. The reason this is my favourite place is because my friends and I gather there to play games and activities like tiggy, stuck in the mud, and who can complete the obstacle course the fastest.

I chose Pablo Picasso’s style because he has uses colour, shading and distorted shapes and so I tried to do this to my artwork. I am proud of my final product.

Van Gogh was a dutch painter he was one of the most famous painter of modern art. He did not become famous when he was a alive. While he was alive he only sold one  painting.

Vincent van Gogh was born on March 30th 1853 in Groot- Zundert, near Breda  Netherlands. When he was
16 year old he went to the Hague to work with his uncle who was an art deder.

My camp highlight ben

My best part of camp was swimarama because the real warriors came to  have a swim i was in the pool at that time all the children cheered for them.
It was cold in the pool at the start then when i got use to it the water felt warm.I went on the hydroslide it was really cool.

On the first day off camp  we get to pitch the tents with Ms Squires.  We had lunch.
We went to  our first activities was the Amazing Race. I enjoyed looking for the stuff. We put the egg on to the hot stove and cooked it. I enjoyed table tennis because I was the man.  I beat an adult - Junior, one of the Dad’s who helped us on camp.

I liked going to the swimarama pools we had a nice lunch.The warriors came to have a swim i was in the pools at the time.I really enjoyed my day at the pools and a good end to camp.

Aim to acheive in to 2012

My goal this year is to become a  rugby player and getting some point for  tearmmate.

Hey the sun was shinning so it is a  good day to play netball outside. Our class went to the foot path to play netball we learnt some new skills.Fast feet means you move around at all time.I enjoyed playing netball with Liz  because most of the time we were  running a around with the ball we had  to jump over the hurdles.

I was born in the Cook Islands.I came to New Zealand when I was 9 years old.I went to Glen Innes primary school.I feel very happy to have my Netbook back.
